PRDs I've written
There's no universal PRD template, so I size each doc to its audience and stage. Every one still answers the same questions: what problem, who wants it and what's the evidence, how it fits, why now, what's critical, and how we'll know it worked.

About me
Born and raised in New York. I love finding solutions to problems and bringing them to life, or at least speccing them.
Working between the people who build a product and the people who use it is what drew me to product. I'm at my best translating what customers need into what engineers can build. More recently, I've worked in hospitality in New York and Charleston, from the back of the house to the front, which sharpened my triage under pressure and my sense of when to escalate. These days I build my own products for fun and do freelance work on the side through my LLC, Alcasauv.
